Receipt of Merchandise: Packages must be opened and inspected IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. Notification of damaged, incorrect or exchanged merchandise must be made within two weeks of receipt.
Exchange Policy: ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY OUR OFFICE. You will be issued an exchange number from our office. Any return not following this method will be refused. If incorrect merchandise has been shipped to you in error or factory-defective merchandise was shipped, exchange will be made without shipping charge. All orders returned for reasons other than those stated above will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. The customer will also assume both shipping fees. We will not accept returns or exchanges for special orders.
Damaged Merchandise: Should your order arrive damaged in any way, please follow these instructions. Inspection of the package needs to be done immediately upon arrival. Please keep the outer carton and packaging materials. Repackage the items as you received them. If the carrier is UPS, notify them immediately (1-800-PICK-UPS) that you have received damaged merchandise and insist on a Damage Claim Inspection. This will start the process for the claim. This process will allow us to make a valid claim for reimbursement as all UPS shipments are fully insured. After you have made the above contacts, please notify us as soon as possible. We will issue a Damage Claim number to your account and file the claim paperwork.
If the carrier is the US Postal Service, notify your local post office immediately. We will send you the insurance receipts and any documents necessary to validate your claim. We will NOT process any damage claims if these procedures are not followed.
